Rule 63
Can conduct special education
(1) If any organization wants to conduct special education, it should apply to the Special Education Council for approval.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Special Education Council will carry out the necessary investigation in relation to the application, and upon investigation, if it is deemed appropriate to grant approval to the applicant to conduct special education, it may approve the necessary conditions.
(3) If an institution does not conduct special education in accordance with the conditions specified under sub-rule (2), the Special Education Council may revoke the approval given to such an institution at any time.
(4) The institution conducting special education must have completed the infrastructure as specified by the Special Education Council.
